The Andrus board names Lurry-Mabin President and CEO
After successfully managing the organization as its interim CEO, the Andrus Board of Directors has named Corine E. Lurry-Mabin, PhD Candidate MFT, as President and CEO of Andrus.
Sanctuary Institute’s Network Days Conference 2026
This year’s event has passed. The conference was titled Embracing Change Through Trauma Informed Leadership, and was held from in April at the IBM Learning Center in Armonk NY. Participants reported it was a very successful event and everyone is looking forward to our next conference in April 2027.
Our Andrus Holiday Gala
Our annual Holiday Gala for students and families was a joyful evening of food and performances by students and staff. Volunteers from Levitt-Fuirst and Virgin Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church served food and participated, as they have done for over 20 years.
The Andrus Health Equity Access Program
Andrus has initiated the Health Equity Access Program to provide uninsured and underinsured adults, children, and families with access to community and behavioral health services. It offers both preventive and restorative services to those who would otherwise not have access due to insufficient insurance.
Bulldog Flag Football
The Bulldogs celebrated a successful twelve game season. “The will to fight and never give up is on full display,” said Coach George P. of this year’s Bulldog team. He and Head Coach Antoine W. provide opportunities for Andrus players to learn techniques and strategies, as well as to build physical endurance, perseverance, discipline, and self-confidence.
